Work in Progress for Halloween
I had some leftover wood after re-uphostering chairs, and decided to make some Halloween decorations. Here are the creatures just cut out of wood (and placed in a suitable sylvan setting).
And here they are with some paint on them. Finished work to come soon!

Goblin Bread
My daughter was helping with the homemade bread, and decided to make the loaves look like frogs. But after the dough rose and they were baked, they looked... like goblins. But since I like goblins too, I decided to draw what I saw.
The "ineffectual lackey" goblin. He will be given tasks that he will invariably fail.
The boss goblin. Perpetually unhappy with goblin #1.
This one is just so done.
The vibey goblin.
And, for good measure, the whole gang together fresh out of the oven. They were delicious!

Inktober Chapter 25: Tasty
His first clue should have been that the big box full of treasure didn't have a lock on it.

Inktober Chapter 18: Misfit
He's not a misfit because he stole the ornament; no doubt the other goblin didn't come by it honestly either. No, he's a misfit because, unlike literally everyone else in the story, he doesn't have a big nose.

Inktober Chapter 16: Wild
Or, as these guys would call it, just another Saturday night. Even if the wizard seems shady to me, he at least was telling the truth about this one. There are goblins in the overgrown forest. #inktober2019 #inktober #samvalentinoinktober2019

Inktober Chapter 15: Legend
The overgrown forest contains goblins, ghosts, and... treasure! So says the legend.
When I first decided to make all the prompts into one long story, I just went where the words took me. But as I've been drawing this story, I realized something that hadn't originally occurred to me. The monsters show up just as the wizard was CONVENIENTLY flying by to save him? The more I think about it, it seems like the wizard is responsible for the monsters just so he could save the guy and have a lackey on his treasure-hunting expedition.
Be careful when dealing with wizards. Wizards have plans.
